Questions, answered.

Do you guarantee profit?

No. Trading can lose money, including large losses in a short time. The risk rules limit the planned size of each loss but cannot remove risk.

Do I send my money to Indigold?

No. Your funds stay in your own broker account. The subscription fee is the only payment to us.

Do I need my own VPS?

No. Every plan includes free VPS hosting. We run MT5 for your account on our servers: BTCUSD 24/7, gold and Nasdaq whenever their markets are open. You share your trading password only, never withdrawal access, and you can still log in and stop the EA yourself.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

You get the full service on one MT5 account, live or demo, with at least $1,000 equity. Cancel within 7 days and nothing is charged. If you keep it, your plan starts on day 8. One trial per person.

Why don't you show performance numbers yet?

The system has been in live demo validation since October 21, 2026. We will publish results, including drawdown, once the period is long enough to mean something.

Why is the minimum $1,000?

At 0.5% risk per trade, smaller accounts often cannot reach the broker's minimum lot, so trades would be skipped. From $1,000 your account follows the same plan as everyone else.

Which markets do you trade?

BTCUSD, XAUUSD (gold) and US Tech 100 (Nasdaq) on MT5. Crypto futures on exchanges and more forex pairs are on the roadmap and not available yet.

Which brokers work?

Any broker that offers MetaTrader 5. Gerbang is set to your broker's symbol name during setup.

What happens if I cancel?

Monthly, quarterly and yearly plans stay active until the end of the paid period. Then the EA stops receiving new trade intents, and open positions remain under your control.

Which languages are available?

English and Bahasa Indonesia are available now from the language menu at the top. Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Russian are being translated, and the client area follows the language you choose.
